Backstory
I am forever grateful to the men and women who helped me achieve my grand goals in life. They showed me the way up. And now I want to pass that knowledge on to you.
A bout with cancer served to sharpen my focus on making sure my career was not just about getting paid every other week. It helped me see that there were some grand goals out there that I really wanted to achieve. With the help of several coaches and an iron-willed commitment, I managed to accomplish the things in life that I considered important. This book is about setting you up to gain that kind of satisfaction and reward for yourself.
Whether you are still in college, brand new to the workforce, changing careers from soldier or stay-at-home spouse or in mid-career and unhappy with your progress…this book is for you. And, if it helps you get what you want from your career (and I know it will), it will serve to help me pay forward the great coaching and encouragement that I enjoyed on my career journey.
